Tuesday: Max Rounds in 15 Minutes of: 18 DB Box Step Overs 35/25-24/20, 36 Ab Mat Sit-ups, 72 Cross Over Single Unders

Wednesday: 2k Row Time Trial, and L-Sit Fun House

Thursday: Power Snatch for Max 1

Friday: “Holleyman” TIL Rx 20 Rounds For Time: 5 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb), 3 Handstand Push-Ups, 1 Power Clean (225/155 lb)

Saturday: Other Other Total: Overhead Squat, Pull-up and Push Press. Add up your best 1 Rep in each for a “Total” Can you Break 450/300?

Hey for Saturday, please do me mindful of the time you have to lift. It’s NOT very long. Think about it, warm-up well, do the OHSQ’s, they’ve gotta be done by 20 after. Get into Pull-ups, for like 15 minutes TOPS, and then right back to the bars in the racks for another 15, and with some gear moving, then bam, it’s the hour. “Can I get one more?” Is the dreaded question. LOAD IT AND DO IT ALREADY!!! Rather than ask, stay on topic and focused, and get the lift done before you’re making everyone wait for you. Hugs 🙂
