It’s probably not really fall until some kind of vernal equinox or other astrological event. Whatever, school is in session, it’s fall. Leaves, pumpkin spice, ugg boots, and scarves, get it dude.

Remember we’re closed Monday for Labor Day. Tuesdays workout is the 200th workout of this year! Wow. We’re coaching 292 Days this year for you guys, no one can (should) make all the classes, but if you’re anywhere close, congrats you’re going to be one of our fittest and best. There’s 4 more months to this year, it’s time to push for a strong finish and make the best choices for the cooler seasons coming. Cheers!

Tuesday: For Time: Teams of 4: 200 Box Jumps 24/20, 200 Jumping Pull-ups, 200 KB Swings 35/26, 200 Walking Lunges, 200 Knees to Elbows, 200 Push Presses 45/35, 200 Back Extensions, 200 Wall Ball Shots 20-10/14-9, 200 Burpees, 200 Double Unders, 2 Partners can work at a time.

Wednesday: 5 Rounds for Max Rounds in 2 Minutes of: 3 Hang Squat Cleans 95/65, 6 Burpees, 9 Calories on a rower, with 2 minute rest each round

Thursday: Max Rounds in 7 Minutes of: 10 Ring Dips, 10 Deadlifts 225/155

Friday: Drag Races: 21 KB Swings 53/35, 400m Run. Rest plenty. 5 rounds

Saturday: Buddy Buddy Push Presses: 3 Rounds of 5×5 with: 95/65, 115/80, 135/95, 155/110, 175/125
