This is a big week guys! To remember, and never forget, we’re doing Chad 1000x on Thursday. We use special “Time Blocks”. Mainly because this workout doesn’t truly need much preparation, but it does need lots of time. We’re trying to allow you to come in when you can, and start as it makes sense and then crush it 🙂 Information about the schedule will be on the main boards at the gym Monday AM so you can tweak your schedules and such. Remember! Scale scale scale! It’s OK.

Schedule on Thursday: 5:30-7:30am, and 4:00-6:00pm.

Please arrive a little early to talk with coach, set up your box and do a little warming. I know that the 5am Crew might have some work related time constraints, sort this out with your coaches before Thursday so you have a good plan. If you can sleep in a little, and leaving the gym around 6:30 is OK for you, then simply come at 5:30 ready to rock, and it’ll be great! Eileen has the early shift that morning.

Workouts:

Monday: 5 Rounds for Time of: 3 Bar Muscle-Ups, 6 Power Snatches 135/95, 9 Shuttle Runs

Tuesday: “Cindy” Max Rounds in 20 Minutes of: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups and 15 Air Squats

Wednesday: 20 Minutes for Quality Positions: 1 Minute Handstand Hold, 1 Minute Side Plank Right, 1 Minute Bottom of Overhead Squat Hold, 1 Minute of Side Plank Left

Thursday: CHAD 1000x

Friday: Bench Press Max 5

Saturday: Teams of 2: Max Rounds in 4 minutes, rest 1 Minute, 4 Rounds: I go, you go: 4 Power Cleans 95/65, 14 Mountain Climbers, 4 V-Ups
